SHRI VIJAY GOEL (CHANDNI CHOWK) : There has been unabated increase in the population of our country. Concerns have been expressed all around over this increase. We must get very serious about this and devise measures or incentives for adoption of small families.
Muslim families have already been convinced about the need of small families and they have started going in for this.
