add Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar as a

party respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner

and learned counsel for the State the issue can best be resolved or

grievance of the petitioner can best be looked into by the Principal

Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar. Issue is

regarding his place of posting looking at his seniority and policy

of merit-cum-choice which the Government had notified earlier.

Let the petitioner file a detail representation before

the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar

who shall look into the matter and render his opinion on the issue

within a period of three months from the date of filing of

representation along a copy of this order.

This writ application is disposed of with the above

direction.
