Petitioner
of Special Civil Application No.4630 of 2009 is allowed to implead
ESSAR Bulk Terminal Limited, Mumbai and ESSAR Power Gujarat Limited
as respondent No.3 and 4 respectively. Learned advocate Mr.Keyur
Gandhi accepts notice on behalf of both newly impleaded respondents.
Notice is waived. Respondents including the Central Government and
State Government are allowed two weeks’ time to file detailed
affidavit and state whether `Environmental Clearance’ and `Wild Life
Clearance’ has been given by the competent authority in favour of the
respondents-companies in question.

Post
both the matters on 21st June 2010.
