JUDGMENT
Balakrishnan Nair, J.
The appellant is the President of a Co-operative Bank. He
challenged Exts.P1 and P2 orders issued by respondents 1 and 2
respectively. But, the learned Single Judge declined to interfere with those
orders. Hence, this appeal.
2. We notice that the beneficiaries of Exts.P1 and P2 were not
impleaded in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the challenge against Exts.P1
and P2 cannot be entertained. So, the Writ Petition was rightly dismissed.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that Section 11 of
the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 has no application to the facts
of this case. Since, we are dismissing the Writ Appeal on a different

ground, we do not propose to finally pronounce on that aspect. The
contention of the appellant on the said aspect is left open.
The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
