Patna High Court – Orders
Mirtunjay Kumar Singh vs State Of Bihar on 30 June, 2010
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Cr.Misc. No.19018 of 2010
MIRTUNJAY KUMAR SINGH
Versus
The STATE OF BIHAR
------
3/ 30.06.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
Allegation is clear enough about demand and torture for
its non-fulfillment soon before the death by burn injury within seven
years of the marriage. No doubt, deceased was taken to hospital as
statement of the informant recorded in P.M.C.H. Information of the
incident to the informant’s family may not minimize the liability
when there is specific allegation about killing in discussed
circumstance.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
