counsel for the appellant he is granted two days’ time to deposit the expenses
for summoning the lower court record.

List this case after three weeks. The interim order is extended till next date of
listing.

It is made clear that no further time for extension of the interim order is
granted if expenses for summoning the lower court record is not deposited
within the time allowed by this Court.
