                             J U D G M E N T

This writ petition was filed complaining that tipper

lorry bearing registration No.KL-10AA-8442 is kept under

detention without giving interim custody.

2. It is now disclosed by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that the petitioner has received the final orders

passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate.

3. If that be so, at this stage, the remedy available to

the petitioner is to seek statutory remedy of appeal. With that

liberty, this writ petition is closed.
