                           J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate

writ, order or direction compelling and commanding the

respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of the

permanent watchman in any one of the branches of the

2nd respondent.

In view of the facts as stated in the counter affidavit

regarding the selection process, in case the petitioner has still

any grievance left, he may approach the Chief General Manager,

in which case, the grievance will be duly considered by the said

authority, expeditiously.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
