Through the counter affidavit the decision taken in the
petitioner’s case on 6th of July, 2010 has been brought on
record, whereby in the light of Rules 2009 the petitioner has
not been benefited for appointment, therefore, his case has
been rejected, upon perusal of the decision, I am satisfied
with the action of opposite parties, therefore, I hereby dismiss
the contempt petition and discharge the contempt notices.
