Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was delay
of three years in registration of the FIR. The petitioner has already joined
investigation. The factum of petitioner’s joining investigation has not been
disputed by the learned counsel for the State. The other co-accused in the
FIR, who had surrendered before the court below, has already been released
on bail.
Be that as it may, without opining on the merits of the
controversy, interim bail granted to the petitioner on 15.2.2008 is made
absolute.
The petition is disposed of.
