                                  JUDGMENT

Counsel for the 1st respondent-District Panchayat seeks two

weeks time. Mr.R.Renjith, counsel for the petitioner submits that on

the basis of Ext.P1 which was submitted before the 2nd respondent,

the 2nd respondent has issued a communication to the 1st respondent

recommending for release of amounts. If it is so, the 1st respondent

will consider Ext.P2 also and realise the emergency of the situation

from the petitioner’s point of view and pass appropriate orders

directing release of whatever amounts which are admitted and are

admissible.

The Writ Petition will stand disposed of as above.
