04/ 16.11.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
he has already filed M.J.C. No.4817 of 2011 with respect to
same common order but the said case has not yet been listed.
In the said circumstances, let all the four cases
listed today be listed on 30.11.2011 under the same heading
retaining their position and M.J.C. No.4817 of 2011 must be
listed under the same heading along with these four cases.
In the meantime, learned counsel for the opposite
parties must file their show-cause in cases they have not filed
show-cause as yet.
