23.10.1992 by which single operation order was passed. No
interim order was granted . The writ petiton was filed in the year
1992. Therefore, it appears that by lapse of time the writ petition
has become infructuous. The writ petiton is hereby dismissed as
infructuous.

No order is passed as to costs.
