for the respondent Bihar State Financial Corporation (for short ”

the Corporation”) are present.

Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits

that Mr. Y.V. Giri, learned Senior Counsel will assist this Court on

behalf of the Corporation. He prays for accommodation since Mr.

Giri is in difficulty.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that matter

may be adjourned but on the next day fixed by this Court, the other

side should not pray for any adjournment.
