J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has completed B.Tech Course in
Mechanical Engineering from from Government Engineering
College, Kannur. The petitioner appeared for the 5th
Semester B.Tech. examination in November, 2009. When the
results were published, he had failed in the Paper Computer
Programming. He has submitted an application for
revaluation of the said paper as per Ext.P1. He seeks for
a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation
of the answer paper within a time frame. The application
for revaluation is dated 29/3/2010.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the
University. There will be a direction to the respondents
to complete the revaluation as requested for in Ext.P1
application, if the application for revaluation along with
the requisite fee covered by the chalan have been received
and are in order, and communicate the result thereof,
within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of
a copy of this Judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
