Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA appearing
for the State as well as Smt. Charu Garg, opposite party No.3
appearing in person.

Earlier this matter was referred to Mediation Centre vide order
dated 10.5.2010. Report of the Mediation Centre indicate that
mediation between the parties has failed.

However, it is informed that charge sheet in this case has been
submitted.

In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and it is
accordingly dismissed.

Intrim order, if any, is also vacated.
