1.0 Present
First Appeal was filed on 23rd June 2010 with
certain Office Objections. The matter was notified before the
Additional Registrar (Judicial) on 20th July 2010, who
granted time, on or before 9th August 2010, to remove
Office Objections. As the Office Objections were not removed, the
matter is listed before this Court. The matter is at serial no. 17
of the Regular Admission Board.
2.0 The
matter was called out in the first half. In the first round, the
learned advocate for the appellant was not present. Instead of
dismissing the matter for default, the same was kept back. Even, in
the second half on second call, the learned advocate for the
appellant is not present. Hence, the matter is dismissed for
non-prosecution.
