Though
the order to call for R & P on or before 14.7.2010 was passed on
30.6.2010, office did not comply with the same. Again on 14.7.2010,
further order was passed to call for R & P by sending fax message
and time was granted till today. Still, the office has not complied
with the order which is to be taken serious note of. Registrar
(Judicial) is directed to look into the matter and call for
explanation from the concerned person. S.O. to 3.8.2010.
