The petitioner is said to be one of the accused, who as per the
allegations in the FIR were instrumental in commission of crime, in which
Manjinder Singh was killed, on the date, when his daughter was to be
married.

Considering the allegations made in the FIR, I do not find it to
be a fit case for granting regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
