We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
AGA appearing for the State-respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made
in the impugned F.I.R., the Writ Petition is disposed of with the
direction that till the submission of report by the police under
Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case
Crime No. 339 of 2010, under Section 364 I.P.C., Police Station
Dadri, District Gautambudh Nagar.
