Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of F.I.R. of
Case crime no. 3 of 2010 under section 363, 366, 376 , 506 I.P.C. police
station Delhi Gate District Muzaffarnagar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition no.
10719 of 2010 filed by co-accused has been disposed of by this court on
18.6.2010 by the following order:
“Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the
impugjned F.I.R. the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the
submission of report by the police under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. the petitioners
shall not be arrested in case crime no. 3 of 2010 under section 363, 366, 376,
506 I.P.C. police station Delhi Gate District Meerut.”
This writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above order passed in writ
petition no. 10719 of 2010 filed by co-accused.
