N.R.Mehta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and gives
undertaking, which is taken on record.

Advocate for the petitioner apprises the Court that Rs.50,000/- be
deposited with the Registry. The Registry is directed to pay the
amount to the respondent-Bank on or before 27th August,
2008. The
amount to be paid to the respondent-Bank by an Account Payee Cheque.

The
matter will be listed on 1st September, 2008.
