Petitioner is an accused in a case under Arms act for

recovery of country made pistol.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in

custody since 20.03.2010 and he does not have any criminal

antecedent.

In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram

in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. case no. 251 of 2010.
