This is an application to recall the order dated 4.5.2010 and restored the
application.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present application
under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was listed on 4.5.2010, however, due to
office mistake the case could not marked hence when the case was
called out counsel for the applicant did not appear. Therefore, case was
dismissed for want of prosecution hence prayer is to recall the order
dated 4.5.2010.
Cause shown sufficient. The order dated 4.5.2010 is recalled.
Interim order dated 3.12.2008 shall continue till the next date of listing.
List along-with Crl. Misc. Application No.14762 of 2008 before the
appropriate Court.
