Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
It is submitted that in this case after investigation, the charge sheet has been
filed against the petitioner no. 1, 2, 3 and no evidence was found against the
petitioner no. 4.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is
accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
