Learned counsel for the petitioner states that all

documents necessary for issuance of completion certificate

has already been submitted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3. But

no final decision is being taken by them. He further prayed

that the petition may be disposed of with direction to

respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take final decision on the

application/documents already submitted as building has

been completed by the petitioner as per the policy which was

applicable to him.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a

direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to dispose of the
application/documents submitted by the petitioner for

C.W.P.No. 1707 of 2008(O&M). -2-

issuance of a completion certificate. Needful shall be done

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a

certify copy of this order.
