ORAL
ORDER

Heard learned
Advocate Mr.Acharya for the petitioner.

2. The
petitioner is before this Court challenging an order passed by the
learned City Civil Judge, Ahmedabad below application Exh.7 in Civil
Suit No.2139 of 2008 dated 24.11.2008. By this order, the learned
Judge directed the Electricity Company to supply electricity to
respondent No.1 herein, who happens to be the real brother of the
petitioner.

3. The fact
that the two brothers are fighting and the present petition is an
attempt on the part of the petitioner to see that the order, by which
the Electricity Company is directed to supply electricity, is quashed
and set aside, on perusal of the papers and the order, the Court
finds no reason to interference with the same. Hence, the petition
is dismissed. Notice is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier
is vacated. No costs.

At the request
of the learned Advocates for the parties, it is observed that
non-entertainment of this petition will not preclude the parties from
entering into an amicable settlement of the entire dispute and live
with good relations.

R.Tripathi, J.)
