Kurian Joseph, J.

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in LAR 214/1994 on

the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram, in respect of a property acquired

for the Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Since the land value has become

final in view of the judgment in LAA 618/2000, this appeal is dismissed.
