The petitioner is directed to provide copy of the writ petition to him for
contesting the matter, who has handed over the same to him.
A week’s time as prayed by learned counsels for the opposite parties is
allowed to file the counter affidavit.

In the meantime the proceedings of Regular Suit No.45 of 2001, pending
before the IIIrd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow shall
remain stayed till further orders of this court.
