10. 4.3.2011 I.A. No. 147 of 2011 has been filed by the

appellant to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier

dismissed on 13.8.2008 and again on 30.4.2010. The last

rejection was on account of non-prosecution of I.A. No. 1634 of

2009.

Heard counsel for both the sides.

Considering the evidence and considering the

background of the case, I am not inclined to direct the release of

the appellant on bail unless he completes five years in prison.

The prayer for bail is dismissed at this stage with

the above direction/observation.
