what is contended in the application, the application deserves to be
accepted and the same is accepted. The order dated 21.8.2007
dismissing the main matter for non-prosecution is recalled and the
matter is ordered to be restored to its original status and number,
on the applicants depositing Rs.1,000/- as costs with the High Court
Legal Services Committee. The application stands disposed of
