By means of order dated 13.5.2010, learned Standing Counsel was directed to
file counter affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that neither instructions have been
received by him nor any official has been contacted inspite of letter written by
him.

However, in the ends of justice, two weeks further time is granted to learned
Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed
within next one week.

List the matter on 4.8.2010. In case counter affidavit is not filed within the
stipulated period, Principal Secretary, Awas, Government of U.P., Lucknow,
shall appear in person along with the entire records.
