We find no reason to entertain this appeal. However,

counsel appearing for the appellant expressed apprehension that

some of the observations in Ext.P4 would affect his future

prospects in service and also may affect the enquiry proceedings.

We make it clear that enquiry has to be conducted untramelled by

the observations and findings recorded by the learned Judge.

With the above observation, the appeal is disposed of.
