Heard learned Advocate
Mr.A.M.Parekh for the appellant.

2. The present appeal
is filed against judgment and order dated 27.08.2010 passed by the
learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2,
Gandhinagar, Camp at Kalol in Sessions Case No.10 of 2010, whereby
the learned Judge was pleased to convict the appellant for an offence
under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and award him life
imprisonment with fine of Rs.20,000/-, in default 2 years R.I.

2.1 The learned Judge
was also pleased to convict the appellant for an offence under
Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and award him 3 years’ R.I.
with fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default 3 months’ R.I.

2.2 The learned Judge
was pleased to order that both the sentences will run concurrently.

2.3 The learned Judge
was pleased to acquit the appellant for an offence under Section 135
of the Bombay Police Act.

3. The matter requires
consideration.
