2 19.7.2011 This is an application for restoration
of Cr.Misc.No. 24422 of 2010 which stood
dismissed on 16.5.2011 for non-prosecution on
behalf of petitioner.
It is submitted that the counsel for the
petitioner went to his native village because
his mother was serious ill so, he could not
appear when the case was called out and the case
stood dismissed for non-prosecution. As such, it
is prayed that the case be restored to its
original file.
In view of submissions, the restoration
application is allowed and Cr.Misc.No. 24422 of
2010 is restored to its original file.
