COMMON ORDER
Mr.
S. P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission
to delete deceased respondent No.3 from the array of the
respondents. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Respondent
No.3 shall stand deleted.
These
applications seek condonation of delay of 35 days that has occurred
in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp Number) Nos.47 of 2011
to 50 of 2011.
Heard
Mr. S. P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Arpit
Kapadia, learned advocate for the respondents.
Having
regard to the averments made in the applications, the Court is of
the view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone
the delay that has occurred in filing the Civil Revision
Applications.
The
applications are, accordingly, allowed. The delay of 35 days caused
in Civil Revision Application (Stamp Number) Nos.47 of 2011 to 50 of
2011, is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly, in
each of the applications, with no order as to costs.
