Present appeal has been filed by the appellants praying for

setting aside order dated 22.9.2005 passed by the learned MACT, Patiala

whereby the claim petition filed by the respondents under Section 166 of the

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been allowed holding the appellants liable to

pay a compensation of Rs.3,51,000/-.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that another appeal

bearing No.3622 of 2007 preferred by the appellants-Union of India and

another, arising out of the same accident in respect of the other claimants,

on identical grounds has already been dismissed by this Court vide orders

dated 11.2.2008 and therefore have no objection if the present appeal is also

dismissed.

In view of the above, this appeal is also dismissed.
