Facts
:
1. The complaint has grievances regarding stoppage of annual increment and
certain amount of deductions from his monthly salary. In this context, he has sought
to know the reasons for stoppage of his increment and the details of deduction from
his salary. He has alleged that the CPIO has not replied to him RTI request.
Decision:
2. The CPIO is directed to refer the matter to the concerned department and
ensure that a suitable response, on the basis of available records, is furnished within
one month from the date of issue of this decision.
3. The appellant is advised to approach the competent authority for redressal of
his grievances regarding service matters, since there is no provision in the Act to
deal with such issues as raised by the appellant.
4. The complaint is thus disposed of.
