1. It appears that
by typographical error in the computer generated title, though first
matter was First Appeal No. 2869 of 2010, which was an appeal
preferred by the State, the name is typed in reverse manner. Hence
correction be carried out accordingly by showing Special Land
Acquisition Officer and another as Appellants and Karimkhan
Shahidkhan as Respondent. Consequently, the appearance shall also be
reversed, namely Ms. Moxa Thakkar, AGP for the appellants –
State and Mr. M.D. Vakil, advocate for the respondent/claimant.

Note stands
disposed of accordingly.
