J U D G M E N T
Petitioner submits that he completed B.Tech (Mechanical)
from Carmel Engineering College, Perunad affiliated to the 1st
respondent University. It is stated that in respect of his paper
Computer Programming (M), for which he appeared in the
Supplementary Examination held in November 2010 he failed and
sought its revaluation. It is stated that revaluation is inordinately
delayed and hence the writ petition is filed.
2. If as stated by the petitioner a proper application, has
been received and is pending, it is directed that revaluation shall
be completed and results declared as expeditiously as possible at
any rate within 8 weeks of production of copy of this judgment
along with copy of this writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
