The
present application is for condonation of delay of 11 days in
preferring appeal against the judgment and award dated 28.05.2008
passed by the learned M.A.C. Tribunal (Aux), Patan in MACP No. 95 of
2006.

Considering
the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the
application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out
and delay deserved to be condoned. Hence delay in filing the appeal
is condoned. This application is allowed accordingly.

Rule
made absolute accordingly. No order as to costs.
