        Vide decision dated 14.7.2009, this Commission had directed the
CPIO to provide updated information to the appellant on certain paras.
The order of the Commission was complied with by CE (PS) (AA) vide
letter dated 7.8.2009. However, the appellant Shri S.K. Jain has filed a
non-compliance complaint vide letter dated 5.9.2009 wherein he has
alleged that false and misleading information has been provided to him.

2.     Heard on 24.11.2009. Appellant not present. The public authority
is represented by Shri L.R. Gupta, Dy. Director (Admn) & Shri S.K.
Chadhha, SO. It is the say of Shri Gupta that whatever information was
available in the records has been provided to the appellant and there is no
reason for the CPIO to give misleading and incorrect information to the
appellant.

3.     In the facts and circumstances, it would be expedient if the appellant
is allowed to carry out inspection of all the relevant records and to take
extracts therefrom. Hence, ordered accordingly. Shri Gupta shall facilitate
such inspection on a mutually convenient date and time.

4.     The matter is closed at the Commission's end.
