02. 21.9.2011 Petitioner claims discrimination if not element of

arbitrariness in the matter of offering appointment on

compassionate ground to the short-listed candidates, whose

cases were recommended. Some have been appointed on

Class-III post, others like the petitioner have been sent to join as

Panchayat teachers. Instances of the kind have been brought on

record which is required to be responded to by the respondent

State.

Let a counter affidavit be filed in this regard within

six weeks. Matter to be listed for admission thereafter.
