                             J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks registration of his marriage. He complains

that the 1st respondent is not accepting the application for the same.

Having heard the standing counsel for the Corporation also, I

dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to

accept the original of Ext. P3 application and process the same in

accordance with the Kerala Registration of Marriages (Common)

Rules, 2008, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one week

from today.
