Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.S. Chauhan learned counsel for
the opposite party no.2 and the AGA for the State-respondent.
Sri G.S. Chauhan has stated that Smt. Supriya Bhardwaj is ailing and,
therefore, she could not come today in the Court and prays that a months’ time
may be granted to produce the corpus.
