Correction Application is allowed.

The following paragraph be added after the last paragraph of the order dated
11.6.2010, which shall form part of the order dated 11.6.2010:-

“It is further provided that since the notification has been issued for a period
of one year against three years, without assigning any reason for reducing the
period and without seeking the ‘No Objection Certificate’ in respect of the
“reserved national park area” and as such the notification dated 11.6.2010 is
bad in law and, thus, the same is stayed”.
