Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. and
perused the record.

This is correction application no. 205360 of 2010.

After perusing the order dated 18.6.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning
section 7/13(1)(D) in place of 13 (1)(d) in the second line of paragraph and by
deleting the words “7 and” from the third line of the seventh paragraph of the
order.

Accordingly the correction application is disposed of.
