I do not find any illegality in the impugned order whereby the courts
concerned has consolidated three cases relating to mutation in respect of the
disputed properties pending before the courts concerned. No prejudice has
been caused to the petitioner by consolidating the pending cases. It is in the
interest of the petitioner that all the cases should be consolidated and disposed
of. No case for interference is made out.

The writ petition is dismissed summarily.
