The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6 surrendered before the court and

they were released on bail.

In these circumstances, the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the Bail Application.

Permission is granted. The Bail Application is accordingly

dismissed as withdrawn.
