Mr.
D.G. Shukla, learned advocate for respondent No.1 states that the
result of the petitioner for the post of Lecturer, Chemical
Engineering, (Government College), pursuant to Advertisement
No.188/2009-2010, which was kept in abeyance due to the pending
clarification regarding educational qualifications of the petitioner,
has been declared, vide order dated 14.03.2011. As the petitioner has
been found to have the requisite educational qualifications, the
petitioner has been selected and his name is at serial No.1 in the
merit-list. It is further stated by Mr. Shukla that the Gujarat
Public Service Commission shall forward the name of the petitioner to
the State Government on, or before, 22.03.2011.
In
view of the above, list the petition on 24.03.2011.
